We are currently recruiting a Passive Fire Operations Manager based in Manchester.
Role Responsibilities
• Manage client accounts (Key client contact), work closely with Clients, developing long-term, valued relationships to ensure the services are delivered in line with expectations and exceeded where possible
• Comply with Health, Safety and the Environmental requirements in compliance with current legislation and as contained within the company’s policies and procedures, working to best practice at all times
• Manage and Oversee FIRAS Certification ensuring full compliance
• Growth of division by enhancement of our performance and service offering with existing clients and introduction of new clients
• Manage business development of new clients
• Manage projects from inception to completion including but not limited to – Pricing, Surveys, Design Co-ordination, Programming & Methodology, Auditing including quality assurance and Certification, ensuring all deadlines are achieved
• Work with the management team and client to implement new innovation and ideas
• Develop and manage internal PFP team and supply chain to maintain effective working relationships including Recruitment & onboarding, 121’s, Performance Development Reviews and Coaching
• Refine and manage processes & procedures
Person Specification
• You will be a self-driven and confident individual who seeks the opportunity to progress within a thriving business
• You will have a proven track record with extensive knowledge in the Passive Fire industry (FIRAS Penetrations, Sealing & Doors) from a contractor background and be able to demonstrate an excellent working knowledge
• You will hold an ASFP Qualification (Desirable)
• You will hold a FIRAS Qualification (Desirable)
• You will have good Health & Safety knowledge
• You will be commercially-aware and be able to deliver good margins
• You will be client facing and a strong communicator
• You will have experience in work winning with client contacts
• You will have experience in managing and coaching operational teams including installation operatives
• You will have a good understanding of Design and Products
• You will have excellent IT skills
