Peel Technical are currently recruiting a Finance Assistant based in Warrington.
We are looking for someone with a good, bright personality with a can-do attitude.
Previous experience of working within a Finance Department is essential.
You must have:
• Knowledge of Sage 50
• Knowledge of Sage 200 (we are in the process of this being implemented)
• Knowledge of Excel (spreadsheets)
• The ability to work at a fast pace.
• Carryout everything to the highest standard.
• Be part of the wider team.
Attention to detail is a must as you will be dealing with a high volume of invoices, having experience of Sage/Excel is a necessity as working on spreadsheets is a major part of the role. An ability to work under pressure, able to follow administrative processes and happy to do whatever is required to get the job done!
This role will consist of:
• Inputting Supplier Invoices
• Creating and processing Sales invoices
• Managing out WIP list ensuring all documentation is available to enable the job to be invoiced
• Processing payments and liaising with suppliers
• Chasing suppliers for missing evidence
• Recording information on spreadsheets regarding queries/approvals
Working hours 9-5 Mon-Fri
23 days holiday
Salary £22-25K depending on experience
